The Opposition Builds as ‘Virginia Lawmaker Challenges Feds to Sue His State Over Immigration Enforcement’
These kinds of people not afraid to make the unpopular with the liberals idea of sending the illegals home through concerted state run attrition is the best and surest way to see these people start emigrating back to MeHico, and they can work there rebuilding their nation, instead of tearing ours down into a third world dump along the millions of Muslims intent on turning America into Mecca West.
How’s that for come ‘common sense’?
Something there’s far too little of in Washington and most blue states, as the red state governors do what the useless Feds won’t. the only real job they’re charged to do, protect America. Kick their asses to the curb in November if they’re not following this program which will ‘save the nation’.

A Virginia lawmaker looking to enact an immigration law similar to Arizona’s is challenging the Obama administration to come at his state with a lawsuit, too, saying he hopes the Justice Department has “so many targets” they can’t focus.
Prince William Board of County Supervisors Chairman Corey Stewart told The Washington Post that the Obama administration’s lawsuit against Arizona will probably fall flat. He claimed Arizona is on “firm footing” and encouraged other jurisdictions to follow Arizona’s lead.
“I hope the Justice Department sues Virginia, as well,” he told the Post. “I hope they have so many targets that they are unable to focus on Arizona.”
The Justice Department filed suit against Arizona over its immigration law on Tuesday. The administration — claiming the federal government trumps the states when it comes to immigration enforcement — is trying to halt the law before it goes into effect at the end of July.
But several other cities and states also are looking to enact tough immigration policies. Prince William is well-known for its immigration policy requiring officers to check the immigration status of suspects in custody, but Stewart is pushing for a statewide law.

This is great news!
Yes maam. There’s 13 others standing in line, and boy if you missed David Axelrod on Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace smoked him on the issue repeatedly which was humorous and informative, showing where Obama’s whacked illegal immigration position is. BS all the way.
Now these morons are throwing the scum filled kitchen sink filing a profiling suit before the law’s even taken effect. It should be tossed as frivolous.
Your absolutely right about it being tossed. They must be running scared by Arizona’s strong stand against the ILLEGALS. Afterall their AMNESTY plans are possibly being thwarted and they are threatened.
It’s my opinion that the Obama administration is using this tactic of filing suit, not because they believe they have a legit argument, but as a stall tactic to preventing the AZ law from going in to effect on July 29th and drag it through the courts as long as they can so they can get a new comprehensive immigration law passed at the federal level. Only problem is there is nothing wrong with the federal law, just enforce it, streamline the bureaucracy process but secure the boarders first.
Great suggestions and you’re right, it’s what they do best, exploit issues to the maximum political usefulness! thanks
My pleasure.
And now this http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/07/11/holder-floats-possibility-racial-profiling-suit-arizona/
A second lawsuit might be in the works for them also
“Attorney General Eric Holder, just days after filing a federal lawsuit against Arizona’s immigration law, on Sunday floated the possibility of filing another suit on racial profiling grounds.”
AND I was right about their tactics “Holder said on CBS’ “Face the Nation” that the federal government was leading with its “strongest” argument in the suit filed Tuesday and would not rule out a second suit months down the road if the law ends up going into effect.
Funny you bring that up as I was just talking online to a friend about Axelrod on FOX news Sunday and said the very same thing, It should be ‘tossed’ as frivolous before it’s even looked at.
They’re throwing their “slime filled kitchen sink” at we, the people as we’re all Arizonian’s on this issue, and those who aren’t are blinded by partisanship as only around 25% of Americans support Obama on the filing of a suit against Americans over the criminal element..
At least we know the true “scum level” in America!!
That’s a good point apdp.markadamas. So true Ray also.
see these people start emigrating back to MeHico, and they can work there rebuilding their nation, instead of tearing ours down into a third world dump along the millions of Muslims intent on turning America into Mecca West.
You said a mouthful, brother!
Ironically, lefties in Mexico are saying the same thing. Many of them also want to eliminate the safety valve and force Mexico’s ruling elites to stop stealing everything.
I just don’t understand where these people learned this Anti American crud they have Curt. Anyone in their right mind would wish to see these ‘elites’ overthrown but instead they revel in human suffering with drug and human smuggling and liberals do not want it stopped! Sick.
