Appeals panel now considering if Obama is even An American
The people holding all this information who ARE out there, just didn’t want to down in history as the people who brought down ‘hope and change’.
Now that even the die hard ‘hope and changers’ realize Obama’s a train wreck that’s already happened and makes Jimmy Carter look like George Washington will want to wash their hands of it all and soon with the end of the road midterms coming for most of these DC insiders….
This here is another attempt in a long line of unsuccessful ones to finally get a judge not on the “hope and change” payroll to hear the facts and demand the President in name only start providing some of those missing facts. Like a birth certificate that can’t be found in a cereal box like the COLB he’s provided . (That’s a certificate of live birth btw) |
Or perhaps some college theses and records that many of us provide employers or prospective ones ALL THE TIME, since most Americans would consider those things to be something any proud American would ‘show off’ at every chance. No?
Unless of course there’s much to hide that is,, which everyone now knows is the case here with the still stealth candidate Obama. Not a Russian spy but perhaps a Muslim one .
They’re among us everywhere, so it would be silly to discount someone who refuses to be indentified as Obama has.
Three judges on the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals are beginning to review a case that alleges Barack Obama is not eligible to be president and may not even be American.
The federal court case, brought by attorney Mario Apuzzo on behalf of plaintiffs Charles Kerchner and others, had been dismissed at the district court level.
Arguments earlier had been scheduled for June 29 in the dispute, but a court order recently canceled the hearing and instead announced the case would be decided based on the merits of the legal briefs submitted by attorneys.
A document from court clerk Marcia Waldron said the case will be decided by Judge Dolores Sloviter, who was appointed by Jimmy Carter; Maryanne Trump Barry, appointed by Bill Clinton; and Thomas Hardiman, appointed by George W. Bush.

The filings were due on the day the hearing would have been held, but there’s no published timetable for a decision to be released.
The case argues Obama probably is not even a U.S. citizen, much less a “natural born citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution of the chief executive officer,

Lord I hope this makes it through a thorough review. We need to be praying for these judges. No matter what they find, we must know.

I just wish I reached more people but we’ll do what we can. I noticed last night that even WorldNet Daily is a page rank 4. That really says a lot about Google downgrading sites that rip the Ass in DC.
I hope this court case picks up steam and really goes somewhere. Obama needs to prove his U.S. citizenship like every other President in the past has had to do. These coverups for Obama must stop!
