Nikki Haley, Tim Scott Victorious in South Carolina Primary Runoff

This woman here represents what most Americans appreciate in families and offspring of immigrants to our country who come here and contribute in all ways, not just ‘here for the beer’ like far too many today for us to support one more month if not weeks. We can’t really trust anything coming out of Washington and there’s never been a more important mid term election than this one and these two historical candidates will be in it to win it, let’s pray they do.

Fox News had this story on the historical victories as they call them. I don’t know though, while she’s been through a pretty weird primary I hope doesn’t turn out to be liberal as if she was actually involved with these extra marital affairs she denies and her accuser whatever the hell  he wants to be called endorsed her. It’s more like a liberal soap opera than something one would expect from conservative candidates, and America has to be careful not to be suckered by liberals in sheep’s clothing, not to say Haley is, but just something to ‘keep in mind’.

Nikki Haley, an Indian American woman, and Tim Scott, an African American, broke barriers in South Carolina politics Tuesday by winning their bids for the Republican

nominations for governor and a U.S. House seat in November’s midterm election.

Haley, a state representative, is the first South Carolina woman to lead a major party ticket and will face Democratic state Sen. Vincent Sheheen to succeed term-limited Gov. Mark Sanford.

“South Carolina just showed the rest of the country what we’re made of,” Haley told supporters in her victory speech.

“This is a great night for the thousands of people across this state who believed in this underdog campaign and the message of reform,” she said.

She added that her campaign and supporters have a clear message to take to the general election: “We want a conservative government, and we want a government that is accountable to the people.”
