Issa has eye on subpoena team to bring Obama down 20 billion notches
This is why the upcoming election is the most important we’ve ever had and while we hear this every time, this mid term election can be used to neuter and remove Obama from office as we can see the unfettered, liberal power has left America at the whim of a Banana Republic style communist, wannabe, new style dictator, which was proven when Obama dragged a private company and it’s executives into his office in order to put his gun to their head proved it.
“when they bring a knife, we bring a gun”….remember that Obama gem? And that a warning, one of about 10,000 we all had to send this Kenyan born sham walking.
While I’m certainly enraged over this spill and BP along with others are responsible…
I’m more enraged about the fact that Obama is pinning this entirely on BP when his people were on the oil platform Deep Horizon the day it blew a gasket literally and they were also there 10 days earlier to give the platform a accident award. This is all being ‘drowned out’ by the facts that this man performed the equivalent of ‘picking his butt’ for 8 days and then 42 more handing ‘full control’ over to these very same BP executives they’re trying to hang the whole thing on.
I, for one, understand what reviled republican Texas congressman Joe Barton was trying to say when he “apologized to BP” which I posted here ….that was not what he meant, he was apologizing for the ‘boot on the wallet’ from the Obama extortion committee for this 20 billion dollar slush fund which they claim it won’t be which to me means it will.
Obama also pocketed a million dollars from BP, hasn’t given back, won’t give it back, and should donate it to the Louisiana slush fund I believe, which was an idea of Mark Levin’s which you can hear about midway through Friday’s June 18th show here. HERSHEY, Pa.— Rep. Darrell Issa, the conservative firebrand whose specialty is lobbing corruption allegations at the Obama White House, is making plans to hire dozens of subpoena-wielding investigators if Republicans win the House this fall.
The California Republican’s daily denunciations draw cheers from partisans and bookings from cable TV producers. He even bought his own earphone for live shots.
But his bombastic style and attention-seekin
g investigations draw eye rolls from other quarters. Now, he’s making clear he won’t be so easy to shrug off if he becomes chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in 2011.
Issa has told Republican leadership that if he becomes chairman, he wants to roughly double his staff from 40 to between 70 and 80. And he is not subtle about what that means for President Barack Obama.
At a recent speech to Pennsyl
vania Republicans here, he boasted about what would happen if the GOP wins 39 seats, and he gets the power to subpoena.
“That will make all the difference in the world,” he told 400 applauding party members during a dinner at the chocolate-themed Hershey Lodge. “I won’t use it to have corporate America live in fear that we’re going to subpoena everything. I will use it to get the very information that today the White House is either shredding or not producing.”
