Feds open criminal probe of Gulf oil spill – And Who Investigates Obama and Holder?
This is a smokescreen, and Americans left and right should demand that Obama, who took nearly a million dollars from this company and still has not returned it, be placed under investigation as well. Let’s not forget this man didn’t even acknowledge the seriousness of this for 8 long days as he himself has admitted.
In fact he also admitted, and we all heard this: “make no mistake, this is my responsibility and we’ve been in charge since the beginning of this crisis”.

Those two are as responsible and culpable as BP is, and this is a backdoor way to blame this all on the Bush Administration, just you watch. When ‘in fact’ we all now it was the Obama administration hire who sent her people to this rig 10 days prior the accident to present them with an award no less, and was also on the actual rig the day it exploded.

This is a smokescreen America, please don’t take your eyes off the ball because Obama’s pulling an “end around’ and Holder is the ‘lead blocker’ to use some football analogies there.
PORT FOURCHON, La. – Attorney General Eric Holder said Tuesday that federal authorities have opened criminal and civil investigations into the nation’s worst oil spill, and BP lost billions in market value when shares dropped in the first trading day since the company failed yet again to plug the gusher.Investors presumably realized the best chance to stop the leak was months away and there was no end in sight to the cleanup. As BP settled in for the long-term, Holder announced the criminal probe, though he would not specify the companies or individuals that might be targeted.
“We will closely examine the actions of those involved in the spill. If we find evidence of illegal behavior, we will be extremely forceful in our response,” Holder said in New Orleans.
With the ambitious “top kill” abandoned over the weekend, BP’s hope to stanch the leak lies with two relief wells that won’t be finished until at least August. The company is, however, trying another risky temporary fix to contain the oil and siphon it to the surface by sawing through the leaking pipe and putting a cap over the spill.

This entire disaster is very unforunate for the ocean and for the economy in a number of incomparable ways. This issue would have been retricted but sometimes calamities happen. BP should be held responsible for this unfortunate catastrophe.
