Virginia questions Obama’s eligibility. A newly unearthed recording reveals a state attorney general explaining how the president's eligibility could be tested in the courts by a lawyer defending a client against an accusation brought under legislation signed by Obama.

The recording of Virginia Attorney General Kenneth T. Cuccinelli puts him on a growing list of elected leaders, members of Congress and state officials who have addressed concerns over Obama's eligibility to occupy the White House.

Cuccinelli released a statement this week that the recording, apparently made either while he was campaigning for the office or shortly after he was elected, was a “hypothetical” answer to a “hypothetical” question.

Spokesman Brian Gottstein in Cuccinelli's office today explained to WND Cuccinelli is battling the Obama White House on many fronts: health care, the EPA's determination on carbon dioxide and others.

“If it does get taken to court, we'll deal with it then. That's right now not what he's doing.”

Gottstein continued, “We just have no interest in the issue. We're going after the administration on all these other fronts. This is not on our radar screen. Our consistent message has been this was not an issue in his campaign. And it's not an issue now.”

In an earlier statement released to Politico, Cuccinelli tried to separate himself from the recording, stating, “I absolutely believe that President Obama was born in the United States. I don't buy into the claims that he wasn't.”

I knew this would happen if Obama didn’t straighten out this birth cert issue… because even if the allegations are entirely untrue,  we all know by now in today’s digital world, anything repeated often enough takes on the aura of credibility. And many conservatives being derogatorily referred to as “birthers” are just doing to Obama what the liberals did to George Bush with their “Bush lied” and “No WmD” mantra. It was of no consequence  to them as to whether or not there was even a thread of truth their drumbeat of lies and angry threats, which they still continue to use today when they can. But that didn’t matter because the means facilitated their end.

It’s always funny to see those who love dishing it out buckle under the weight of the same thing being done to them isn’t it?  And this Obama birth issue is really becoming more of interest to many people who before couldn’t fathom such a thing even being possible in this country. But as Obama and the dems “go rogue” on the constitution, they now have the unresolved  birth issue staring them down which now becomes a weapon for removal from office if it becomes necessary.

Or at the very least as a “last ditch” way to rescind the bankrupting legislation that they’re passing down in DC since Jan.20, 2010, including first and foremost the Obama care bill, if it can even technically be called a bill, since this administration and the left aisle in congress have wavered from the standard way of producing laws in this case more than ever has been done at least that we know about, which many believe is intended to collapse the system intentionally in order  to move America towards socialism, if they can only  convince enough

people that capitalism failed the world.

Well, there are now many more citizens out here who are  slowly awakening to the once thought unimaginable,  because most never thought the collective US voter could ever fall for such a “movie script” type “Manchurian candidate”-like scenario.

There was also once a time when no one in the civilized world thought it would be possible to see 19 radical Muslims simultaneously hijack 4 of our own Jumbo jets and crash them into of all places the symbol of our American Military might, and our financial prowess as well, all the while the world watched every second of it unfold before theor eyes on national tv which even the troofers still don’t believe happened.

Now these enemy terrorists  are nearly bankrupting the west with the US at the top of the list, without them even really lifting a finger since that harrowing day through nothing more than fear, intimidation and propaganda,no weapons neccessary so far.

With all that in mind, how incredible could it be to recruit a man like Obama with all his unusual traits and background, and then build around him a completely false identity and a resume to match, then blocking it’s investigation and vetting by the use of vitriol,  pure propaganda and using Political Correctness on the top, just like a Maraschino cherry topping off a chocolate sundae in order to silence all dissent with career ruining  labels like  racist, in a society that’s become far too sensitive to these things, something actually legislated with hate crime bills and other divisive mechanisms put in place slowly by liberals over the years that was done entirely by plan to empower these liberal fringe groups.

Then throw in a little voter fraud in the mix around urban areas where safeguards against it might not be up to the levels we’d like to see in order to throw him over the top, such as the was done in Chicago in ’60 to get Kennedy narrowly elected over Richard Nixon of course, then hope HE, their newly minted Manchurian candidate, then miraculously gets elected triggering all kinds of historical hoopla surrounding his race which ironically has been more divisive than anything at least thus far.

So, what would they have to lose other than him not winning, since they own the media they know they won’t be discovered or uncovered I suppose would be more accurate. (at least they thought just as long as they could marginalize any proponents of the Obama Kenyan birth theory.

Well, now yet another person in state government who has been at odds with Obama on other issues is questioning whether or not they, as a state, will enforce any mandates which may be on the way such as through Obamacare’s demanding that all citizens purchase health insurance across the 50 states, with the threat of being unconstitutionally fined for opting out of this demand. And with a mandate this large and of such great importance he and others want to make absolutely certain without a doubt in the world that this man is indeed a legal citizen and qualified to hold the office.

I for one am glad to see it. There’s a lot of easy to quell doubt that isn’t being quelled by Obama, and there’s absolutely no valid reason for him to being hiding these things so vociferously as he is.

It’s just so easy for him to end this all which to many indicates that this thing must be some type of a smoking gun, and then to be seen by only a couple Hawaiian governmental employees with their own eyes, who for all we know could be in Obama’s back pocket, so thus far they are the only 2 people on planet earth who have seen the actual birth certificate supposedly.

How nutty is it that in a free country the elected president spends upwards of a million dollars so far to keep this and all kinds of defining records out of reach of the public,like his Occidental college records, his Harvard thesis, in fact most of the paperwork that you and I would be required to actually physically provide, obama has avoided presenting for the people’s examination thus far,  when everything we are asking for was demanded from and supplied by Republican candidate John McCain by kooks on the left almost on request, literally supplying it all in a couple days after the request was made.

With Obama we’re now going on 3 years that he’s kept this information hidden. Why in the world would anyone do this?  There’s a reason for everything, and it or they must be so damaging to Obama in this hodgepodge of missing records, that he’ll obviously go to almost any lengths to keep it suppressed.

And he has.

That to me and millions of others is a frightening thing, especially when coupled with all the strange anti American behavior he’s exhibited thus far while representing America in the highest office in the land. Like bowing down for every and any foreign leader he happens to encounter. Even once doing it to a Mayor of all things. My theory on that is it’s hard for old dogs to break old habits, and maybe we know a lot less about this man than we birther’s even think!

And frankly, one never knows as far fetched as it may seem to some, because that’s exactly the way people of power get away with outrageous things, because no one can believe that it’s possible they would partake in such nefarious activity. Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky is the perfect example. Clinton picks this doting teen to use as an afternoon delight machine specifically because he KNOWS no one will believe her if she turns on him. When in fact no one did and he denied it right up until she pulled out her Jizz stained blue dress to prove it.

Just like again no one EVER thought Pearl Harbor could happen even once, much less a second time as occurred on September 11th.

Then again, it could very well be a big crock of bullshit,  but I just can’t get past why someone of such supposed stature as a US president would be afraid to let the world see his Official long form birth certificate, especially long after he’s safely been elected, no? It’s beyond explanation, period.

And even with that opinion I still mock the whole thing with photoshops and such, like one to the left I made and really think is pretty funny and hope you get a laugh from it too. Mostly because this whole thing is so ridiculous and yet could topple the country if true, as I and a growing number of others just can’t  get over this issue until we/they actually see the damn thing WITH OUR OWN EYES INSTEAD OF TRUSTING TWO PEOPLE HALF WAY AROUND THE WORLD THAT SAY THEY HAVE SEEN IT.

Is it a stretch to say “we don’t believe them because every politician is quite skilled at lying and most would say some like Obama possess a pathological affinity to do so just like you and I brush our teeth, without thinking twice because they think “who are these peasants to question us?”

We are so why not reveal the thing and be done with it?
