“AG Holder Didn’t Reveal All Legal Papers to Senate” Charges Newsmax & others
And I believe them. I read News max both online and in magazine form and there’s not a better publication for non liberals to get some of their news that’s important to them, like this story the MSM is completely ignoring.
Gee, what do you think might happen to you and or I sauntered into Congress and lied our asses off, along with leaving some of the most important information that could damage our case whatever the subject matter sitting on our desk at home like Eric Holder did, which not surprisingly he is kind of getting away with up until now. I think I’m on solid ground when I say “we’d get fired or jailed on the spot most likely if it (the lying) was done to acquire a job position like he, and if it were in Congress we’d be charged with purjury and jailed.
What Newsmax and others are alleging is that he did and escaped scrutiny for when he was being nominated for the Attorney General position he now holds, is that he hid some radical writings from congress from his past, just like Obama has done, along with many other top level liberals in this “Western Style communist congress and administration” which most probably would have derailed his nomination without a doubt.
So, just like his boss Hussein Obama, he didn’t want America and republican senators to know he at least was a borderline treasonous terrorist sympathizer if not outright practicing Marxist participators. with certainty, many of these missing papers would have disqualified him from the nomination, if revealed in a more timely manner. Like perhaps before the freaking nomination? Boy this group is “more crooked than
crippled creek”
AG Holder Didn’t Reveal All Legal Papers to Senate.
Attorney General Eric Holder did not provide senators considering his nomination last year with all of the legal papers he had signed or written while in private practice, Justice Department officials disclosed Friday.
The department alerted the Senate Judiciary Committee about the lapse, listing seven cases in which Holder signed or filed legal briefs that were not previously disclosed. Six of those were so-called friend-of-the-court briefs, which were signed by numerous other ex-officials as well and offered positions on cases with which they were not directly involved.
“These briefs were inadvertently not supplied to the committee, which we regret,” said Justice Department spokeswoman Tracy Schmaler. “We have now supplied the committee with all briefs as counsel or amicus before the Supreme Court of which we are aware.”
The briefs are on issues like the Miranda rights of criminal suspects, terrorism cases, and procedures for challenging potential jurors. They are consistent with Holder's long-held public positions dating back years from his tenure as a federal prosecutor, a judge, and deputy attorney general in the Clinton administration
