Rush Limbaugh Morning Update 2.22.2010
A little off topic but today’s date is a little trippy isn’t it? It’s like something out of a science fiction movie. like the Twilight Zone perhaps? Nice segue huh right i into Rush’s morning update today.
“Scam” - In 2006, Michigan’s Department of Human Services signed an agreement with a community college in Flint to create a government agency: the Michigan Home-Based Child-Care Council. The council’s mission was to “recommend” good child-care practices. Even though the new agency didn’t have a large staff or control of state dollars, the agency became a “public employer.”

And since were designed to promote good blogging practices we are now eligible
for 4 million dollars in subsidies from the Department of Human Services…
